Our products are primarily designed for use by business customers (B2B) and are therefore not directly subject to the BFSG’s mandatory scope. Nevertheless, we take accessibility seriously and strive to comply with recognized accessibility standards in all user interfaces that are publicly accessible.
● SoftBCom Service Desk, including customer portals and self-service interfaces;
● SoftBCom Contact Center, including web chat widget.
These interfaces are developed in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Level AA) and are regularly reviewed using automated and manual testing methods.

● Scalable and clearly structured text
